Equipped with a PLC control system (optional Mitsubishi or Siemens) and a user-friendly touchscreen HMI, the machine achieves full automation from decoiling, leveling, and servo feeding
to punching, roll forming, precise cutting, and automatic stacking. The intelligent control system allows for quick parameter adjustment, enabling fast profile changeovers and supporting up
to 10 preset length settings, which is ideal for large-scale, multi-specification production needs. With a forming speed of 10-30 meters per minute, it ensures high throughput while maintaining
exceptional dimensional accuracy (tolerance ≤±0.5mm) and a smooth surface finish, meeting strict international quality standards.
Durability and stability are at the core of our machine’s design. The frame is constructed with welded H-steel and cast iron pillars for strong load-bearing capacity, while the rollers are made of GCR 15 or SKD-11 steel,
quenching and tempering treatment to resist wear and ensure long-term stable operation. The integrated hydraulic punching and cutting system (optional pre-cut or post-cut) achieves synchronized punching and forming,
reducing material waste to less than 1% and improving production efficiency significantly. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a fault diagnostic system for real-time monitoring, minimizing downtime and simplifying
maintenance.
