All forming rollers are made of high-quality alloy steel, processed by precise turning and grinding and treated with high-temperature quenching, ensuring high hardness, wear resistance and long service life. The dimensional tolerance of finished profiles is strictly controlled within ±0.5mm, with neat cutting sections and consistent hole positions. It supports custom setting of production speed, profile width and cutting length, and can store dozens of sets of production formulas.
