The standard configuration of the cable tray roll forming machine covers all links of cable tray production, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line, and can be customized according to

1. 5 Ton Decoiler: Hydraulic expansion type, with coil car and press arm, can automatically uncoil metal coils, adapt to coil inner diameter of 508/610mm, maximum coil width of 1000mm, and realize automatic
speed adjustment through inverter[superscript:4].
2. Leveler: Used to level the metal sheet before forming, eliminate the internal stress of the sheet, ensure the flatness of the sheet, and lay a foundation for precise forming. Equipped with special leveling motor,
stable operation[superscript:2].
3.Servo Feeder & Pressing Machine: Adopts servo motor control, realizes high-precision feeding, and punches holes on the sheet before forming. The punching design is reasonable, which can reduce cable
temperature rise by 15%-20% while ensuring the mechanical strength of the cable tray[superscript:6].
4.Roll Forming Machine: The core component of the production line, adopts progressive roll forming technology, through 18 groups of precision rollers, gradually forms the metal sheet into the required cable
tray profile (C/U type, ladder type, etc.), with synchronous gear drive, high forming precision[superscript:4].
5.Hydraulic Cutting Device: Adopts high-efficiency hydraulic cutting, cuts the formed profile into the required length automatically, no need to shut down during cutting, high cutting efficiency and smooth
