Introduction

Fully Automatic Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine is designed to produce perforated cable tray product, which is used to protect and support for the wire electricity, electric power, communication control and instrumentation cable. 

The perforated cable tray machine can produce cable tray with width from 100-800mm,  thickness from 1.2-2.0mm. Fully automatically controlled by PLC control system, you can operate the machine the machine easily that you just

need set the cable try width and production quantity on touch screen, then the machine will run automatically.  The whole line covers an area about 20 meters long and 2 meters wide. The whole cable tray machine line speed about

8-20 meters per minute.  This cable tray roll forming machine is composed of 5 ton hydraulic decoiler with coil car, leveler, hydraulic punch, hydraulic cutting, transport table, main roll forming machine with width adjustment structure,

outer table, hydraulic station, and PLC control system.
