1. Machine Introduction
The Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine (also known as Color Steel Glazed Tile / Wave Tile Forming Machine) is a continuous cold-roll forming line that produces the classic Chinese-style glazed roofing tile profile from pre-painted galvanized steel or aluminum coils.
Built on a heavy-duty welded steel frame with a rigid box structure, the machine forms the tile profile progressively through multiple chrome-plated forming stations, then cuts each sheet to length with a hydraulic profile-matched shear. The whole process is automated
by a PLC touch-screen control system, delivering consistent profile geometry, clean cuts and high production efficiency.

2.Technical Parameters (Standard Configuration — Customizable)

3. Production Process
- Uncoiling — steel coil is mounted on the decoiler (optional) and fed into the machine.
- Guiding & flattening — the strip enters the entry guide, keeping alignment before forming.
- Roll forming — the strip passes through 12–18 progressive forming stations; each station gradually bends the metal until the final glazed tile profile is achieved. The chrome-plated rollers ensure a smooth, scratch-free surface.
- Auto length cutting — PLC controls the run-out length; when the preset length is reached, the hydraulic profile-matched shear cuts the sheet with a wave-shaped blade that follows the tile profile, producing a clean, burr-free edge.
- Discharge & stacking — finished sheets run onto the discharge table (optional) and are manually or automatically stacked for packing.

5.Key Advantages
- Precise profile geometry — multi-pass progressive forming with CNC-machined, chrome-plated rollers guarantees consistent tile shape and surface finish.
- Clean, burr-free cutting — hydraulic profile-matched shear follows the wave contour of the tile, no secondary trimming needed.
- High efficiency — 8–15 m/min forming speed with automatic length cutting and counting; one operator can run the line.
- Stable and durable — heavy-duty steel frame, hardened shafts, quality bearings and an independent hydraulic power unit ensure long-term reliability.
- Easy operation — PLC touch screen with preset length/count; low training requirement for operators.
- Fully customizable — profile width, forming stations, cutting length, power supply and optional accessories are tailored to each customer's project.

6. Popular Profiles & Markets
The glazed (wave) tile profile is widely used in:
- Southeast Asia — Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand: residential roofs and resorts, classic Chinese-style and wave-style tiles are highly popular.
- Middle East & Africa — residential villas, commercial buildings, roofing under hot climates.
- Latin America — cost-effective roofing for residential and industrial buildings.
- North America — Mediterranean / Spanish-style roofing in the USA and Mexico; colored wave tiles for architectural accents and patio covers.
- Europe — decorative wave profiles for villas, garden houses and coastal architecture.
-
Profile width (e.g. 828 mm, 840 mm) and wave height can be supplied per the local market's popular patterns.

7. Applications
- Residential roofs: villas, private houses, townhouses
- Commercial buildings: shops, offices, warehouses, factory roofs
- Chinese-style & European-style architectural roofs: temples, resorts, scenic areas
- Patio covers, canopies, carports, sun rooms
- Fences, wall cladding and decorative facades
- Agricultural buildings: poultry houses, storage sheds
