Working Flow

Coil raw material is fed by uncoiler, then goes through multiple groups of precision forming rollers for gradual cold bending shaping, bamboo-joint stamping and leveling. Finally cut automatically by CNC fixed-length system for neat output. Upper and lower layers have independent transmission and control, can run separately to meet flexible multi-order production.
