Xinnuo 100 Steel Glazed Tile Roof Sheet Roll Forming Machine – a production masterpiece that fuses architectural elegance with rugged industrial logic.
Conceived for fabricators who refuse to compromise on beauty or throughput, this line turns 1000 mm-wide color-steel coils, 0.3–0.7 mm thick, into flawlessly contoured glazed tiles that command premium prices in every market. From the very first sheet, operators notice the difference: the material glides through twelve precision-milled forming stations mounted on a monolithic 300 mm H-steel frame. Each roller, forged from carbon steel 45# and finished to an exact 80 mm diameter, maintains micron-level symmetry so that every corrugation emerges identical, free from twist or oil-canning.

The forming train is driven by a 4 kW ultra-quiet motor coupled to a hardened gearbox; speed is infinitely variable between 0 and 3 m/min, allowing delicate adjustment for tropical heat or arctic brittleness. Length accuracy is governed by a Delta PLC with full-color touchscreen, encoder feedback, and recipe memory for dozens of tile profiles. When the programmed dimension is reached, a dedicated 3 kW hydraulic station actuates a Cr12 mould-cutting blade in a single clean stroke—no burrs, no secondary handling, and no wasted seconds. The cutting head retracts instantly, ready for the next cycle, while the finished tile glides onto a 1.55 m powered run-out table that keeps the line compact yet ergonomic.

Material logistics are equally refined. A manual 5-ton de-coiler with adjustable tension arms and pneumatic brakes accepts standard mill coils without mandrel changeover, feeding steel dead-straight into the first forming station. Side panels 14 mm thick shield every gear and chain from dust, while centralized grease points reduce daily maintenance to a five-minute routine. Despite its robust construction, the entire line occupies just 7.0 m of forming bed plus 1.5 m of entry guide—roughly the footprint of three parking spaces—yet weighs four metric tons, a testament to the solid engineering that eliminates vibration and guarantees decades of service.

Global adaptability is engineered in. The standard electrical package runs on 380 V 50 Hz three-phase, yet transformers, motor windings, and control voltage can be re-configured to 220 V, 440 V, or 60 Hz grids without factory return. CE and ISO marks accompany every shipment, accelerating customer audits and insurance approvals. Beyond the standard build, Xinnuo welcomes bespoke requests: extra forming stations for deeper ribs, embossing rolls for wood-grain effects, or quick-change cassettes for mixed production. Remote diagnostics via Ethernet and lifetime technical support ensure that the machine evolves with your business.
Beauty, precision, and profitability—formed in one seamless pass.
