Every journey begins at the manual 5-ton de-coiler. A simple lever swing locks the mandrel, air brakes feather tension, and the strip glides into the forming section without a single wave or buckle. Nine forming stations, each roller forged from carbon-steel 45# and ground to a precise 70 mm diameter, shape the metal in progressive arcs. The secret is the final curved station: a hydraulic micro-positioning slide lets operators fine-tune the crown radius by fractions of a millimetre, ensuring every tile stacks perfectly on the pallet and every roof line looks laser-true.

Power is delivered by a 4 kW motor coupled to a hardened gearbox. Speed is infinitely variable from crawl (for operator training) up to 3 m/min for full production, always monitored by Delta PLC with encoder feedback for length accuracy within 1 mm. When the target dimension is reached, a 3 kW hydraulic station actuates a Cr12 mould blade that slices cleanly through the curved profile without distorting the arc. The off-cut drops away, the finished tile exits onto a powered roller table, and the cycle repeats with zero operator intervention.

The frame is engineered for decades of vibration-free service: 300 mm H-steel spine, 14 mm laser-cut side plates, and a total weight of 4 tons that anchors the line to the floor yet fits within a modest 7.0 m forming bed plus 1.5 m entry guide and 1.55 m run-out. Electrical requirements are 380 V 50 Hz three-phase as standard, but Xinnuo’s modular control cabinet accepts 220 V or 60 Hz variants on request, making relocation between continents a plug-and-play affair.
