Frame & Strength
A single-piece 300 mm H-steel frame, skinned with 14 mm laser-cut side plates, gives the machine its 4-ton mass. That weight is not for show: it annihilates vibration, allowing the nine precision-ground 70 mm rollers—each machined from carbon-steel 45#—to form even 1.8 mm material without ripple or spring-back. Operators describe the sound as “library quiet,” a testament to the balanced drivetrain and sealed-for-life bearings.
Drive & Control
A 4 kW premium-efficiency motor, coupled to a hardened helical gearbox, delivers infinitely variable speed from 0-3 m/min. Delta PLC with encoder feedback measures every millimetre; the touchscreen stores 200 recipes and speaks twelve languages. Should a sensor detect overload, the system feathers torque in real time, protecting both tooling and coil.
Hydraulic Cutting
When the target length is reached, a 3 kW hydraulic station fires a Cr12 mould blade through the sheet in 0.8 s. The curved cut mirrors the tile profile, eliminating secondary flashing and allowing panels to stack perfectly on the 2.5 m powered run-out table. Scrap is limited to one profile pitch per coil change.
Logistics & Footprint
Despite its muscle, the line needs only 4.2 m × 1.2 m of floor space plus 2.5 m for exit rollers—smaller than two family cars. A manual 5-ton de-coiler with pneumatic brakes keeps heavy coils under perfect tension; quick-swap mandrels allow 508 mm or 610 mm ID coils without downtime.
