Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine

The glazed tile roll forming machine is a fully automatic metal roof tile production equipment. It processes PPGI, PPGL, galvanized steel and galvalume steel coils into elegant metal glazed roof tiles.
This machine integrates uncoiling, embossing, continuous roll forming, hydraulic cutting and automatic discharging to complete one-step shaping of finished tiles.
The produced glazed tiles feature neat wave shapes, smooth surfaces and stable dimensional accuracy.
Metal glazed tiles manufactured by this equipment are lightweight, weather-resistant, waterproof and anti-corrosive.
