A 4 kW energy-efficient motor drives the line through a hardened gearbox, while Delta PLC with full-color touchscreen stores up to 200 recipes for length, pitch and embossing pattern. When the programmed dimension is reached, a 3 kW hydraulic station actuates a Cr12MoV mould blade that slices cleanly through high-tensile steel without burrs, then retracts in less than two seconds to maintain cycle rhythm.

The entire line—forming bed, pre-shear, and powered run-out—occupies roughly 6.5 m × 1.9 m × 1.25 m, a footprint smaller than two parking spaces, yet the total weight of 3.5 tons ensures rock-solid stability and decades of fatigue-free service.
