Xinnuo automatic light steel keel forming machine is fully automated rolling equipment for ceiling keel, C/U partition stud, track runner and drywall metal profiles. The whole line completes decoiling, continuous roll forming and hydraulic cutting automatically. Equipped with thickened frame and PLC intelligent control system, it supports 24h non-stop mass production, with high forming precision and low failure rate, custom sizes available.

- Hydraulic Flying Cut-off
On-line synchronous flying shear cuts profiles without line stop, cutting tolerance within ±0.3mm, smooth cutting edge without secondary trimming, higher material utilization rate.

Integrated decoiler, forming host, hydraulic cutter and outlet table. Only one worker is needed for line supervision, running speed 15–30 m/min, fast ROI for mass production.
