PLC Automatic T-Type Keel Forming Machine

This PLC fully automatic T-type keel forming machine is specially designed for light steel keel building material production. Adopting servo control system and high-precision roll dies, it realizes continuous cold bending forming of T-type keels with one-key parameter adjustment for different specifications. It features high forming precision, flat and burr-free cutting, stable operation and high automation, greatly reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency significantly. The body is welded with thickened steel, wear-resistant and long-lasting, suitable for large-scale production of T-type keels in building decoration, light steel villa and other industries, supporting customized rolls and functional upgrades.

T-Type Keel Forming Machine Simple Working Process

1. Material feeding: Put the light steel coil into the feeding rack for automatic and stable feeding.
2. Leveling & guiding: The coil is leveled and guided to ensure smooth feeding into the forming unit.
3. Roll forming: The steel strip is cold-formed into T-type keel through multi-group precision rolling dies in order.
4. Sizing & straightening: The formed keel is sized and straightened to guarantee dimensional accuracy.
5. Cutting: Automatic fixed-length cutting according to preset specifications, with flat and burr-free cuts.
6. Product output: The finished T-type keel is conveyed out for collection and storage.
