Standard Production Process

1. Decoiling: Raw metal coils are loaded onto the hydraulic decoiler.
2. Leveling: The material is fed through a leveling unit to ensure flatness.
3. Roll Forming: The sheet passes through multiple roller stations to form the trapezoidal profile.
4. Hydraulic Cutting: The continuous formed panel is cut to the pre-set length automatically.
5. Output & Stacking: Finished panels are conveyed to the stacking table for collection.
