    Our Trapezoidal Sheet Roll Forming Machine is a professional automatic cold-bending equipment, specially designed for continuous roll forming of metal coils into high-quality trapezoidal sheets
with fixed cross-sections. It integrates unwinding, feeding, forming, cutting and stacking into one, with stable performance, high production efficiency and precise forming effect, widely used in the
production of roofing, wall panels and cladding for various industrial and civil buildings, becoming the core equipment of modern metal enclosure systems.

  • High Precision & Consistent Quality: Adopts high-grade 45# forged steel forming rollers with chrome plating treatment (0.05mm thickness), after precision machining and heat treatment,
        ensuring smooth surface, high hardness and wear resistance. Equipped with 10-25 forming stands for incremental bending, the trapezoidal sheets produced have uniform cross-section, flat
        surface, no deformation or burr, and tight dimensional tolerance, meeting international construction quality standards.
  • Full Automatic & High Efficiency: The whole production line can be operated by only one worker, realizing automatic unwinding, feeding, forming, fixed-length cutting and stacking. The
       forming speed can reach 15-50m/min (customizable), which greatly improves production efficiency, reduces labor intensity and labor costs, and avoids material waste caused by manual operation.

 

  • Durable & Stable Operation: The frame is welded by 350# H-beam steel and 18mm thick supporting steel plate, with strong bearing capacity and good stability. Key components
        (motor, bearing, gear, PLC system) are selected from well-known brands such as Delta and Schneider, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring long service life and
        minimal downtime, backed by 1-3 years warranty for core components.
  • Flexible & Customizable: It can be customized according to different specifications of trapezoidal sheets, compatible with galvanized steel, color steel, aluminum-magnesium-manganese
        plate and other materials with thickness of 0.3-1.2mm, and sheet width of 600-1500mm. It can produce plain, double, perforated, edge-curled and embossed trapezoidal sheets to meet
        diverse functional and aesthetic needs of customers. Voltage (380V/50Hz/3P or customized) and control language can also be adjusted according to regional requirements.

 

  • Easy Operation & Safe: Equipped with PLC control system and touch screen operation panel, parameters such as forming speed and cutting length can be set and adjusted intuitively, simple
           and easy to learn, no professional technical personnel required. Equipped with emergency stop button, safety protection cover and other safety devices, and the feeding device is equipped
           with stainless steel rollers to prevent material surface scratching, ensuring the safety of operators and materials.
