Product Description

Drywall stud & track roll forming machine integrates uncoiling, servo punching, cold forming and hydraulic cutting. Equipped with NCF-200 auto puncher and precision stamping dies, it fabricates standard drywall keels in one pass.

PLC touch control adjusts sizes quickly; quenched forming rollers guarantee smooth profiles without distortion. Stable running, high speed and low waste, ideal for drywall partition material mass production.

Servo Punching Press

 

NCF-200 servo feeding punching machine, pre-punch mounting holes automatically, sync feeding & punching for full-auto keel production.

Precision Punch Die Mold

 

Custom integral punching mold, dense multi-hole design, durable die steel for long service life, uniform hole spacing on metal drywall keel.
