All fully automatic shape changes, we perform in this one controller. All fully automatic shape change functions are completed through the settings of the touch screen.

Our leveling device uses 110mm thick round steel, which is straightened four times on the top and five times on the bottom to ensure that the raw materials are very flat before entering the machine;

All our shafts are made of 100mm round steel, and the diameter of the shaft body after processing is 95mm. All our shaft bodies will be grinded externally after lathe processing, so that our precision will be very high after processing, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the product.

This equipment is exported to Iraq, and Iraqi customers have special customization. Our regular size is 80-300mm bottom edge, 40-80mm waist height, and 1.0-3.0mm thickness, but our customer requires the size of the small edge and waist height to reach 100mm, so our overall arch structure has a heightening device for it, and all wheels need to be enlarged. The approximate size of our ordinary arch is 142mm, but our equipment has reached a height of 162mm.

We accept customization of any size and thickness. Next to us is a CZ purlin machine for an American customer that we are assembling. Its size ranges from 100-400mm and thickness ranges from 1.5-4.0mm. That machine is larger.

Our conventional CZ purlin machine weighs about 10 tons, but our machine is estimated to weigh between 16-17 tons after assembly. This shows that the materials used in our machine are quite solid and can be used longer than the products of other manufacturers.
