2)Manual Type Change for C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine (3-Point Version)

1. Power Off & Loosen ComponentsStop production and cut off the main power supply. Use a wrench to loosen the fixing bolts of the roller groups and side guide roller locking nuts that secure the current C/Z type configuration.
2. Adjust & Reset Key UnitsRefer to the dimension specification sheet to manually adjust the spacing and angle of forming rollers to match the target purlin type (C or Z). Then reset the cutting knife and length positioning baffle to fit the target section size.
3. Lock & Test RunTighten all bolts and nuts firmly. Conduct a trial run with a steel sheet sample, check its cross-sectional shape and dimensions against standards, and fine-tune the roller position if deviations occur.
