xinnuo CZ purlin machine is a high-efficiency roll forming equipment for steel construction, specialized in producing C/Z-shaped structural purlins for roof and wall support. Adopting PLC automatic control, it features stepless size adjustment without changing rollers, realizing 1min quick specification switch and 5min C/Z interchange. With 1.2-3.0mm material thickness adaptability and 10-15m/min production speed, it has precise hydraulic punching/cutting, GCR15 heat-treated rollers and heavy welded frame for stable performance. Punch on roll formed product. PLC control punch quantity and horizontal position; vertical position adjust by manual Punching sizes can be changed;

Control the quantity &punching length & cutting length automatically
PLC must be able to keep in memory which profiles are “inside” the machine even after the machine is stopped.
