One machine produces both C and Z purlins. The profile changeover takes only a few minutes with dedicated changeover tooling — no extra machine investment, no extra floor space. Ideal for fabricators who handle multiple project types:

switch from C purlins for roof framing to Z purlins for wall and beam connections on the same production line.

 PLC + Touch Screen Control — Precise & Simple

The PLC control system with touch screen interface enables automatic length setting, batch counting, and multi-profile parameter memory. Operators simply select the profile, input the cutting length and quantity,

and the machine handles the rest. Fault alarms and clear diagnostics reduce downtime, and one operator can run the whole line after basic training.

High Production Speed & Stable Forming

With a production speed of 10–20 m/min and 12–16 precision forming passes, the machine forms galvanized steel strip (1.5–3.0 mm thickness) into accurate, consistent C/Z profiles.

The heavy-duty welded frame and precision-machined rollers ensure stable forming and long service life even under continuous production.

Suitable for Tropical Climate & Steel Frame Construction

Machines and finished profiles are designed for hot and humid environments: galvanized steel coils resist corrosion, and the light steel frame structures built with C/Z purlins perform well in seismic zones common in the Philippines,

Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries. The lightweight steel frame system is also faster and more economical to erect than traditional concrete construction.

 50Hz Motor — Plug & Run in Most Southeast Asian Countries

The machine is supplied with standard three-phase 380V/50Hz motors, compatible with the power grids of Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. For the Philippines (60Hz grid), a 60Hz motor option is available.
