warehouses and prefabricated buildings. The integrated line consists of uncoiler, roll forming, gluing, double-belt hot pressing, servo tracking cutting and automatic stacking, all centrally controlled by PLC for stable
synchronous operation and adjustable speed. It features high forming precision, firm bonding and smooth cutting. The finished panels excel in fire resistance, thermal insulation, sound absorption and light weight high strength.
Supporting quick specification changeover, the line ensures stable 24-hour production with high efficiency and labor saving, ideal for steel structure enclosure panel manufacturing.
