Q1: Can one machine produce multiple trapezoidal sheet profiles?
A: A single standard machine is fixed with one set of rollers for one profile. If you need multiple profiles, you can choose a double-layer forming machine which can produce two different sheets with one machine. For mass production of multiple profiles, separate single-profile machines are more stable.
Q2: What thickness of aluminum coil can this machine process?
A: The standard model is suitable for 0.3mm–0.8mm aluminum coil. We can customize heavy-duty models with reinforced rollers and higher-power motors for 0.8mm–1.2mm thick aluminum sheets.
Q3: What is the delivery time?
A: Standard 840/1050 model machines are in stock and can be delivered within 7 days. Customized mold machines take 25–35 working days for production.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept 30% deposit for production arrangement and 70% balance payment before delivery. TT telegraphic transfer and L/C letter of credit are acceptable.
