Trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine is a continuous cold bending equipment, which forms galvanized steel, PPGI, aluminum coil into high-strength trapezoidal roof sheets via continuous rolling & hydraulic fixed-length cutting.
Finished panels feature stiff ribs, tight overlap, excellent waterproof & wind resistance, widely used for steel factory, warehouse, farm, market shed, stadium roofing.
The machine adopts integral H-beam welded frame, multi-pass progressive forming rollers, full auto PLC touch control with auto length counting & cutting. Gearbox or heavy chain drive for stable running, scratch-free surface. Compatible with 0.3–0.8mm metal coil, standard profiles: 840/900/1000/1050, fully customized available

Adopts Delta/Siemens PLC system and 7-inch English touch screen. Operators only need to set the sheet length and quantity to realize fully automatic feeding, forming and cutting. The cutting precision error is controlled within ±1mm. The English operation interface is simple and friendly, easy for new workers to master quickly.
4. Wide Material Compatibility
The standard machine is suitable for processing 0.3mm–0.8mm thick PPGI color steel coil, GI galvanized steel coil, galvalume coil and aluminum coil. Thickened customized models can process 0.8mm–1.2mm heavy plates to meet different engineering needs.

Supports mainstream standard profiles including 840, 900, 1000, 1050, South African IBR and Australian standard TR6/35 high-rib trapezoidal sheets. We can develop new molds according to customers’ local drawings and market standards.
