Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine Working Process

 

 

  1. Uncoiling
     
    Hydraulic decoiler releases raw steel coil steadily for feeding.
  2. Leveling
     
    Flatens curved steel sheet to eliminate material stress and ensure flatness.
  3. Feeding & Forming
     
    Steel passes through multi-stage roller groups to form W-beam / three-wave guardrail profile.
  4. Hydraulic Cutting
     
    Automatic length cutting with burr-free finish according to set size.
  5. Output & Stacking
     
    Finished floor deck products are discharged and stacked automatically.
