Operating Procedures of Self-Lock Roof Panel Forming Machine

1.  Pre-operation Preparation: Check if all components (rollers, cutting mechanism, servo system) are in good condition; confirm that the power supply, air pressure, and cooling system are normal; select and install the matching roller set according to the ceiling panel specification (e.g., thickness, shape). 

2.  Coil Loading: Lift the metal coil (aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.) onto the uncoiling rack, align it with the feeding direction, and fix the coil to prevent deviation during operation. 

3.  Feeding Alignment: Manually guide the leading end of the metal coil through the leveling device, feeding roller, and initial forming section; adjust the side guide wheels to ensure the material is centered and avoids edge scraping. 

4.  Parameter Setting: Input processing parameters (forming speed, cutting length, roller pressure) into the control panel according to the product requirements; conduct a trial run to check if the parameters match the target ceiling panel size and shape. 

5.  Formal Operation: Start the machine, monitor the forming process in real time—ensure the metal sheet is smoothly rolled into the desired ceiling panel shape, and the cutting mechanism works accurately without burrs; record production data (output, qualified rate) periodically. 

6.  Post-operation Shutdown: After completing the production task, first stop the feeding system, then wait for the remaining material in the machine to be fully processed and discharged; turn off the power supply and air pressure valve, clean the rollers and cutting tool of metal scraps, and perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubricating moving parts).
