CZ Purlin Forming Machine
Unlike entry-level purlin mills built for spot market fabricators, this Cee & Zee roll forming line is engineered around a single goal: repeating ±1/32" (±0.8 mm) length after length, shift after shift, on 14-gauge ASTM A653 G90 galvanized coil.
It is built for metal building manufacturers, pre-engineered building (PEB) plants, and structural steel fabricators in the USA, Canada, Germany, the UK and Scandinavia — companies that sell purlins into a code-driven market (IBC, MBMA, Eurocode 3) and cannot afford twist, springback, or mis-punched holes.
The line runs both Cee (C-channel) and Zee purlins with a servo-driven quick-change cassette, integrates directly with your existing coil handling and stacking, and is supplied with a CE Declaration of Conformity and optional UL-listed / NEMA 12 electrical package for the North American panel.
