Manual C/Z Purlin Changeover System
Adopts manual adjustment structure for C and Z purlin switching. By adjusting the upper and lower roller spacing, positioning bolts and flip brackets, operators can finish model conversion quickly.

Front Cutting (Front Shear) System Parameters
Adopt hydraulic front cutting design, cutting flat steel sheet before roll forming. Cutting blade made of Cr12MoV die steel, high hardness and strong wear resistance. Realize fixed length
cutting through high-precision encoder counting. The front shearing design avoids end deformation caused by post-forming cutting, with smooth incision, no burrs and high dimensional tolerance.
Online Hydraulic Punching System Parameters
Configured with multi-station hydraulic punching mechanism, supporting pre-punching before forming. Optional round holes, oval holes and long slotted holes for purlin web and flanges.
Punching distance, hole quantity and hole diameter are freely set on the touch screen. High punching accuracy, neat hole edge, no material cracking, fully meet steel structure installation and connection standards.
Embossing Roller Device Parameter Introduction
Independent embossing roller unit installed behind leveling section. Made of high-strength 40Cr alloy steel with integral forging and heat treatment. Support custom anti-slip patterns,
reinforcing grains and texture embossing. Embossing depth is adjustable, which effectively improves purlin surface hardness and overall structural rigidity. Synchronous speed linkage with
