CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine - Changeover Methods

1. Manual Changeover

(1) A worker using a wrench to loosen the positioning pins on the forming roller frame;

(2) The worker rotating a dedicated adjustment tool 180° to switch the roller's working position (for C/Z profile conversion);

(3) The worker re-locking the positioning pins to fix the roller position, with a label on the machine marking "C-Type" and "Z-Type" position indicators.

2. Automatic Changeover

(1) A close-up of the machine's PLC touchscreen displaying "Changeover Settings" with adjustable parameters (web height, material width, etc.);

(2) The forming roller frame automatically moving/adjusting via motor drive (no manual operation);
