Our automatic CZ interchangeable purlin roll forming machine is engineered for European & North American steel fabricators, producing both C-section and Z-section steel purlins for pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB), logistics warehouses, agricultural barns and solar mounting systems.
This all-in-one cold roll forming line integrates decoiling, leveling, servo hydraulic punching, continuous forming, flying hydraulic cutting and run-out table. It enables quick conversion between C purlin and Z purlin, plus fast size adjustment across the whole web width range, drastically reducing downtime and labor cost.
Built for high-tolerance structural steel production, this machine processes hot-dip galvanized steel (ASTM A653), carbon steel and high-strength steel coil. All finished purlins meet AISI S100 cold-formed steel tolerance requirements for roof & wall secondary framing.
