The full-automatic C/Z interchangeable purlin roll forming machine integrates leveling, punching, roll forming, front pre-shearing and hydraulic fixed-length cutting as one whole production line.
Equipped with PLC touch screen intelligent control system, all parameters including purlin type, width, thickness, punching interval and cutting length can be set on screen for one-click switching
between C and Z profiles. The whole line features heavy-duty welded base, centralized hydraulic station, low noise driving system and safety protective mesh. It runs stably with high production
speed, low failure rate and simple operation, widely applied in steel structure workshop, warehouse and factory roof & wall purlin manufacturing.

.Hydraulic Post Cutting Unit
The rear hydraulic cutting station is equipped with multiple large-tonnage hydraulic cylinders and high-hardness integral cutting mold, specially used for fixed-length cutting of finished
C/Z purlins after roll forming. It adopts non-stop flying shear design to realize continuous production without machine halt during cutting, greatly improving production efficiency.
The hydraulic system with stable pressure output ensures flat cutting section without collapse or distortion of purlin edges. The cutting length is controlled by PLC encoder with error
less than ±0.5mm, fully meeting construction steel purlin processing standards.

Main Roll Forming Host
The core forming host consists of multiple groups of heavy-duty roll forming stands, with solid alloy steel forming rollers processed by CNC lathe and quenching treatment to ensure stable forming shape.
Each roller frame is equipped with independent transmission gearbox and high-power driving motor, connected by industrial transmission chain for synchronized stable operation. Adjustable spacing design
supports free switching between C purlin and Z purlin without changing rollers, covering common specifications 80–300mm. The stand base uses integral cast steel structure to avoid vibration during
high-speed production, ensuring consistent purlin straightness and dimensional tolerance.

Front Cutting Device (Pre-cut Unit)
This front shear mechanism is installed at the front side of forming section, adopting integrated hydraulic shearing structure with high-strength cutting blade. It realizes pre-shearing of steel strip before forming,
replacing traditional post-cut mode to reduce burr and deformation at the cutting end of purlins. The shear frame is equipped with fine-tuning handwheels for vertical and horizontal position correction, matching
different material thickness from 1.5mm to 3.5mm. The cutting cylinder uses fast hydraulic valve group to complete shearing action instantly, with smooth cut surface and no material warpage.

Leveling & Punching Unit
This front leveling and punching station adopts multi-layer parallel leveling rollers with thick chrome-plated surface, which can effectively eliminate the internal stress of raw steel coil to guarantee flat feeding.
Equipped with high-speed hydraulic punching cylinder and precise positioning mold, it can finish all standard mounting holes, connecting holes and oval holes on C/Z purlins in one pass before roll forming.
The punching position is adjustable horizontally and vertically via handwheel, compatible with different purlin width specifications. All molds are made of Cr12MoV alloy steel with heat treatment for long service
life and high punching precision.
