Manual C/Z Purlin Changeover System
Adopts manual adjustment structure for C and Z purlin switching. By adjusting the upper and lower roller spacing, positioning bolts and flip brackets, operators can finish model conversion quickly.
No complex hydraulic or electric auxiliary structure, low failure rate, low cost and easy operation. Suitable for frequent specification switching in small and medium production.

Working Flow
- Uncoiling: The hydraulic/manual uncoiler loads the steel coil and feeds it into the leveling unit;
- Leveling: The multi-roller leveling device corrects the material flatness and eliminates internal stress;
- Embossing: The embossing roller processes the required patterns on the material surface;
- Pre-cutting: The front-cutting system cuts the material to the fixed length;
- In-line Punching: The hydraulic punching unit processes web/flange holes according to the set parameters;
- Roll Forming: The material enters the forming host and is gradually bent into C/Z purlin profile through multiple roller stations;
- Finished Product Discharging: The formed purlin is output via the discharge table, completing the production cycle.
