Full automatic integrated line: Manual uncoiler → feeding & guiding → multi-station progressive roll forming → hydraulic flying cutting → finished sheet output rack;
whole line runs continuously without shutdown for cutting to boost output efficiency.

- Precision Forming Roller: Forming rollers adopt 45# forged steel with surface hard chrome plating (HRC58–62 high hardness), anti-abrasion and long service lifespan; forming stations range from 18 to 22 groups for gradual bending to avoid paint peeling on metal surface.
- Intelligent PLC Control: Full set Siemens PLC + touch screen operation; operators preset target length & production quantity on screen, the machine finishes automatic feeding, forming, fixed-length cutting and counting intelligently, easy for novice operation.
- Heavy-duty Machine Frame: Main body welded by thickened steel plate, solid structure to resist long-term running vibration; main driving motor 5.5–7.5kW, hydraulic cutting power 3–4kW, stable running under 380V/50Hz or customized 480V/60Hz for North American market.
- High Production Efficiency: Normal forming speed reaches 10–18m/min, daily output up to thousands of standard roof panels; hydraulic flying shear keeps cutting tolerance within ±1mm in length.
