Machine Description
Xinnuo trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine is suitable for color steel, galvanized sheet and other coiled materials, widely applied in steel structure buildings such as factories and warehouses.
Equipped with PLC numerical control system and servo drive, it ensures high forming accuracy with a length error within ±0.5mm. The core rollers are made of GCr15 steel with heat treatment and
chrome plating for high hardness and durability. Adopting non-stop servo tracking cutting technology, it realizes continuous feeding and fixed-length cutting to greatly improve production efficiency.
The gantry frame structure is stable with low vibration, supporting 24-hour continuous operation. It features intelligent touch screen operation, automatic unwinding, forming, cutting and counting,
as well as self-diagnosis function. Optional film covering and automatic stacking devices support unmanned production and reduce labor costs.
