Our self lock roof panel roll forming machine adopts a heavy-duty welded steel frame and high-precision forming rollers (45# steel with chromed surface), ensuring stable operation and long service life. The machine integrates decoiling, feeding, roll forming,
hydraulic cutting and discharging into one continuous production line. Equipped with a PLC control cabinet, operators can easily set panel length, batch quantity and cutting parameters via the touch screen. The hydraulic cutting system delivers clean, burr-free
edges with minimal material waste.
