Expanded metal diamond mesh is a kind of construction material with extremely high strength and toughness, which is processed from high-strength steel plate through a series of cold rolling and stretching process. The specific process is as follows:

Raw material steel plate: Choose high strength steel plate with excellent mechanical properties as raw material, the thickness is generally between 0.5-10mm.

Pickling: The use of pickling technology to remove rust and other impurities on the surface of the raw material, to improve the subsequent operation of the process performance.

Cold Rolling: After rolling in the cold rolling mill, the steel plate is pressed into strip material.
