Diamond Mesh Roll Forming Machine
Automatic diamond mesh roll forming machine, also called expanded metal mesh machine, integrates continuous cold rolling, cutting and stretching technology. It forms integrated diamond mesh without welding.
The complete line consists of uncoiler, rolling cutting unit, stretching system, leveling unit and recoiler. Equipped with PLC touch screen control system, it realizes fully automatic unattended production.
This machine processes carbon steel, galvanized sheet, color coated steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The finished mesh features flat surface, uniform holes and high tensile strength, widely applied in construction, infrastructure, safety protection, filtration and metal fabrication industries.
The main frame is integrally welded with thick H-beam and stress relieved. Hardened precision forming rollers ensure stable low-noise operation and low failure rate. We support customized sheet thickness, mesh size and working width, with single machine or full automatic line options available. All machines pass CE and ISO certifications and are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and America.
