The Hydraulic Decoiler Machine is a heavy-duty coil unwinding solution for continuous sheet metal processing lines. Built with a robust cantilever-type welded beam steel frame and a hydraulically expanding 4-segment mandrel,
it grips coils from the inner diameter (Φ465–Φ515 mm) in seconds — eliminating manual crank tightening and significantly reducing changeover time.
A motorized chain-and-reducer drive rotates the mandrel actively at controlled speed, while an optional ultrasonic loop sensor automatically matches unwinding pace to the downstream line to prevent material slack and surface damage.
The independent hydraulic power unit (max 20 MPa) and separate electric control cabinet allow standalone operation of mandrel expansion, jog forward/reverse, and step motion. Optional upgrades include a hydraulic pressing arm, top support arm,
and motorized coil cart for fully automated coil handling.
