Working Process
- Uncoiling: Hydraulic or manual uncoiler feeds the steel coil into the line.
- Feeding & Leveling: The material is leveled and fed into the forming section.
- Punching: Pre-punching of connection holes at high speed.
- Roll Forming: The material is gradually formed into the upright profile by multiple sets of forming rollers.
- Cutting: The formed profile is cut to the set length automatically.
- Output: Finished products are discharged to the stacking table.
