The Supermarket Shelf Upright Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic cold roll forming equipment designed specifically for manufacturing supermarket and warehouse shelf uprights. It completes the entire production process from metal coil uncoiling, leveling, punching, roll forming, to fixed-length cutting in one continuous line. Widely used in mass production of uprights for supermarket shelves, industrial storage racks, and logistics shelves, it supports customized production of various specifications to meet different load-bearing and mounting hole design requirements.

1. Punching System (Pre-punching / In-line Punching Optional)

 

 

  • Process Description: Adopts a high-precision hydraulic punching unit, capable of synchronous processing of various holes (hanging holes, connection holes, mounting holes) on shelf uprights.
  • Hole spacing and quantity can be directly set via the touch screen without stopping production to change molds.
  • Key Advantages:
    • Compatible with single-row, double-row, or multi-row hole patterns to meet different shelf installation standards;
    • Punching dies are made of Cr12MoV steel with heat treatment hardness HRC58-62, ensuring excellent wear resistance and long service life;
    • Punching action is fully synchronized with forming and cutting processes, eliminating secondary processing errors.

2. Roll Forming Main Machine

 

 

  • Process Description: Multi-pass continuous roll forming technology gradually bends the metal strip into the shelf upright profile through multiple forming rollers, ensuring precise dimensions,
  • high straightness, and no twisting or deformation in the finished product.
  • Key Advantages:
    • Forming rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel, with quenching and chrome plating treatment for high hardness, wear resistance, and long service life;
    • The machine frame is constructed from thick steel plate welding for enhanced stability, ensuring vibration-free high-speed operation;
    • Supports quick profile changeover to adapt to various upright specifications, reducing production changeover costs.

3. Fixed-Length Cutting System

 
 
  • Process Description: Uses a high-precision hydraulic fixed-length cutting device, paired with an encoder for real-time length measurement. The formed upright profile is automatically cut to the preset length with clean, burr-free cuts, eliminating the need for secondary finishing.
  • Key Advantages:
    • Optional flying saw cutting or fixed-length cutting modes to meet different production efficiency requirements;
    • The cutting process does not damage the profile cross-section, ensuring upright assembly accuracy;
    • Cutting length tolerance ≤ ±0.5mm, meeting the assembly requirements of shelf uprights.
