Our double layer roof panel roll forming machine is a dual-profile metal sheet production line. It can manufacture two different roof profiles using one single machine, saving workshop floor space and investment cost for roofing contractors.
This integrated equipment accomplishes coil feeding, continuous roll forming and hydraulic cutting automatically. It works with galvanized steel, PPGI prepainted steel and aluminum coils, widely used for residential roofs, commercial buildings,
warehouses and farm sheds in Europe and North America. Electrical system supports custom voltage to meet EU 400V or US 480V industrial power requirements.
