This newly upgraded dual-purpose EPS & Rockwool sandwich panel production line is professionally customized for thetropical high-temperature, high-humidity, salt-fog climate of Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia). Different from cold-resistant models for Russia/Central Asia and single thermocol models for India, this equipment focuses on tropical anti-corrosion, waterproof moisture-proof, fire safety and high-temperature continuous operation, solving the core pain points of easy rust, moisture delamination, and poor fire resistance of panels in Southeast Asian coastal and rainy regions.

The production line supports free switching between EPS foam insulation panels and rockwool fireproof panels, one machine for dual production. It can continuously produce high-quality waterproof, anti-rust, fire-insulated color steel composite panels, perfectly adapting to the booming demand for factory plants, logistics warehouses, industrial parks, coastal engineering and temporary construction buildings in Southeast Asia’s rapid infrastructure development period.
