Working Principle: Fully Automated Precision Process

The machine adopts advanced cold roll forming technology, with a fully automated workflow:

Coil Loading: Heavy-duty decoiler with hydraulic expansion securely holds the coil.

Feeding & Guiding: Precision guiding device ensures the sheet is flat and centered.

Continuous Roll Forming: 14-18 passes of precision-machined rollers progressively bend the sheet into shape at room temperature.

Optional Punching: Integrated punching unit for hanging holes and drainage holes, controlled by PLC.

Cutting to Length: High-speed flying saw or hydraulic cutter performs precise cutting.

Product Output: Finished gutters are conveyed to the output table, with optional automatic stacking.

The entire process is managed by a PLC + touch screen control system for high automation and stability.
